Basically, look at the initial value of your home. Anything you've done to improve the size, function and attractiveness will increase the value. If you make a room addition, be sure to obtain the proper building permits. Also look at the value of your neighborhood. There are certain improvements you can make that will give you a return on your investment: quality kitchen upgrades, new or extra bathrooms, new roof, wallpaper, new windows, exterior paint, siding, and shrubs or colorful plants. However, there are other improvements that you can expect to only break even on: new carpeting, fireplaces, custom draperies, and swimming pools. So, if you're considering selling your home, give me a call and we'll sit down and talk about what you will be able to expect. As a homeowner, you are undoubtedly aware of the importance of your investment. However, if your have lived in your home for over a year, chances are good that you may not be aware of it's current market value. If this is the case, I'd like to offer you a FREE Market Analysis of your home.. A Market Analysis is an estimate of the current fair market value of your home. This estimate will be based on a comprehensive study done of similar homes in your area, including those homes currently on the market and those that have sold in the past few months. Knowing the current market value of your home is helpful even if you're not planning to sell in the near future. It's an important step in re-evaluating your insurance coverage to protect the ever-increasing value of your investment. I am offering this service to you at no cost or
obligation, but simply as a means of introducing myself. Please contact me and we'll
arrange a time that's convenient for you. Ryan Hicks office (281) 920-6820
